Shipping policy

Shipping Rates: 

• You will see the shipping rates displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase. 

Shipping Times: 

• Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. However, on average they are shipped the next day. Holiday seasons please expect slight delays in shipment times. 

• Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on the destination.

• We use USPS for domestic/international shipments.

Tracking Information:  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and track its progress until it reaches you. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary. 

Sodesygn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
